
We want you to come and meet all our staff and start working while you holiday as soon as possible but there are a few steps that you need to take before you get here.
Australian laws require that anyone who is holidaying and wants to work must have a special working visa.
To get a working holiday visa you must come from one of the following countries:
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Netherlands
- Japan
- Republic of Ireland
- Republic of Korea
- Malta
- Germany
- Denmark
- Sweden
- Norway
- Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) of the People's Republic of China
- Finland
- Republic of Cyprus
- France
- Italy
- Belgium or Taiwan
Its is expected that Estonia will be added in early 2005.
So what you need is a Working Holiday Visa. These Visa’s are issued by our Department of Immigration. Most applications can be made online.
Make sure you make your application before you come as they can’t be made once you are here.
